Instant Wheat Dosa
1 cup wheat flour
1/3 cup rice flour
1/4 cup fine semolina/suji/rava
4-5 tbsp curd
salt as per taste
water

Recipe:
1. In a big mixing bowl add curd first. Whisk it to very smooth consistency.
2. Then add wheat flour, rice flour, semolina/rava and salt. Mix roughly all the ingredients.
3. Then add water around 1 cup in small quantity at a time to make batter of slightly thick consistency similar to normal dosa batter. Mix all the ingredients very well.
4. Adjust salt as per the taste. Cover and keep it aside for 15 mins.
5. After 15 mins if the batter thickens a bit, add little water to adjust consistency.
6. Heat non stick tawa. Pour a ladleful of batter over the hot tawa and spread it using the same ladle as we normally do for dosas.
7. Once one side is roasted, turn the dosa upside down to roast the other side too.
8. Remove the dosa on a serving plate.
9. Instant healthy wheat dosa is ready to be served with spicy red chutney and hot tea.
