Custard Milk Drink

Ingredients: For custard milk: 1 litre milk 4 tbsp custard powder (vanilla flavoured) 8 tbsp sugar For sabudana bubbles: 4 cup water 4 tbsp sabudana For sabja: 2 tsp sabja/sweet basil seeds/falooda seeds 1 cup water For strawberry jelly: 500 ml water 1 pack strawberry jelly mix Other ingredients: 2 tbsp almonds (chopped) 2 tbsp pistachios (chopped) 2 tbsp cashews (chopped) 2 tbsp dates (chopped) 2 tbsp raisins few ice cubes To Garnish: crushed pistachios Recipe: 1. For custard milk: In a large bowl take 1 litre milk, custard powder and sugar. 2. Whisk and mix well until everything is well combined. 3. Transfer the mixture to a large non stick kadai and keep stirring and get the milk to boil. 4. Boil for 2-3 minutes or until the milk thickens slightly. 5.Cooldown completely at room temoperature and keep it inside the fridge to chill. 6. The base Custard Milk is ready. 7. Virgin Mojito

Ingredients for a glass: 10 fresh mint leaves plus few more for garnish 1 lemon divided into 6-8 wedges 2 tbsp sugar syrup** 1 cup ice cubes 1/2 cup club soda or sparkling lime water 30 ml lemon juice 1/4 inch crushed ginger Recipe: 1. In a glass, add mint leaves and 15 ml of the lemon juice. Use a mocktail muddler crush the mint. 2. Later add rest of the lemon juice and the sugar syrup and crush again.  3. Take a serving glass pour in the above mixture. Do not strain the mixture. 4. Fill 3/4 of that glass with ice.  4. Add in the club soda or sparkling lime water.  5. Garnish with mint leaves and lemon wedge. Serve immediately. ** For Sugar Syrup:   1. Combine 1/2 cup of both water and white sugar in a small pot over medium high heat.  2. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved and then cool completely.  3. Use the syrup as much required and store leftovers in an airtight or sterile container in the fridge for up to a month.

Homemade Grenadine Sprup

Ingredients: 500 ml pomegranate juice 500 gms sugar 30 ml lemon juice Recipe: 1. In a saucepan, combine the pomegranate juice and sugar. 2. Bring to a slow boil, stirring constantly until all of the sugar is dissolved. 3. Reduce the heat. Cover the saucepan 4. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. 5. Allow the mixture to cool completely, then pour it into a small bottle with a tight-sealing lid. 6. After adding the lemon juice, seal the bottle and give it a few good shakes. 7. Use this Grenadine syrup in your favorite drink recipe and enjoy!!

Apple Lemon Refreshing Drink

Ingredients: 200 ml B-natural apple juice 1 fresh lemon juice 1 inch fresh ginger juice a pinch of salt 150 ml water 100 ml soda Recipe: 1. Mix all the ingredients together very well except soda. 2. Pour it in a serving glass or Mason Jar. 3. Add soda to the drink at last just before serving. 4. Enjoy the refreshing Apple Lemon Drink.

Home Made Mango Frooti

Ingredients: 3 ripe mangoes 1 raw mango 1/2 cup sugar 8-10 cups water Recipe: 1. Peel and chop all the three ripe mangoes and keep it aside. 2. Peel and chop the raw mangoes roughly and keep it aside. 3. Take a big saucepan. Add 4 cups of water, chopped mangoes to it. 4. Bring the water to boil. Then cover and cook for 15 mins. 5. Switch off the flame and keep it covered. Let it cool completely. 6. Strain the water and blend the pulp to fine paste. Retain the boiled water, do not discard. 7. Take the blended pulp in a saucepan again. Add the above boiled water and along with that the remaining water. Check the taste, in case you feel it is very sweet can add couple of cups more to the pulp. 8. Strain the whole mixture again to remove the dry extract of raw mango. 9 Store the drink in a glass bottles and keep it in fridge for chilling overnight. 10. Refreshing Home Made Mango Frooti is ready to enjoy. 11. Can store this drink for a month in fridge. Enjoy!!!
