Orange Mousse Cake

Ingredients: 1 cup orange juice 1/4 cup corn flour 1 cup milk 1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar( depends on orange sweetness) 1/4 cup whipping cream 1/4 cup white chocolate grated 2-4 drop orange color milk powder for dusting Recipe: 1. In a pan add orange juice.  2. Add corn flour, sugar and mix well. 3. Add milk and mix well till sugar melts. 4. Add whipping cream in the mixture and mix well. 5. Finally add orange color to mixture and mix. 6. Keep the pan on medium flame and keep stirring. 7. The mixture starts to thicken, add grated white chocolate to it and mix well into the mixture. 8. Stir the mixture continously till the mixture is thick though pourable consistency. 9. Grease the mould of your choice(use parchment paper) and pour the mixture into the mould. Tab the mould for couple of times to remove any bubble from mixture. 10. Keep it aside to set, let it cool down completely. 11. Upside down Marble Cheese Cake

Ingredients: For cheese cake: 400 gm cream cheese 1 cup or 200 ml whipping cream/ fresh cream 1 cup or 200 gms powdered sugar 5 ml vanilla essence 20 gm of gelatin 60 ml of cold milk red/pink, blue food color For cake base: 1 cup milk 2 pack of 130 gms of oreo biscuits Recipe: 1.  Remove the chilled fresh cream/ whipping  cream in a steel bowl and keep it in a freezer for 10 mins. 2. Separate the oreo biscuits and its cream in two different bowls and keep it aside.  3. Take fresh cream/whipping cream kept in fridge in a steel bowl.The cream should be chilled. In another bigger bowl add few ice cubes. Place the steel bowl over ice cubes.  4. Beat to smoothness and then add powdered/icing sugar to it and beat till it forms stiff whipped cream. Once it gets to required form keep it aside in fridge again. 5. In a small bowl add gelatin to cold milk. Mix it well for 5mins. Keep it aside. 6. Then take another bowl, add 400gm cream cheese. 3 Ingredient Eggless Chocolate Cake(without otg/oven)

Ingredients: 3 packs of 120 gms Oreo biscuit 1 cup milk 1 pack of eno salted Butter 2-3 dry cherries For Sugar Syrup: 1 cup of sugar 1/2 cup water For Chocolate Frosting: 1 cup of fresh heavy cream 1 tbsp coffee 1 cadbury chocolate Recipe: 1. Take two bowls.Remove the white cream in one bowl and the biscuits in another. 2. Blend the biscuits in a blender, add milk 1 tbsp at a time to achieve thick cake batter consistency. 3. Remove it in a bowl. Keep it aside. 4. Grease the cake mould with butter and dust the same with little maida, this will help to remove the cake from the mould without breaking. Else use parchment paper. 5. Take a 4mm thick kadai which has a glass cover. Preheat the kadai on low-med flame for 5 mins. 6. Add eno to the cake batter and mix the batter with cut and fold method, slowly. Pour the cake batter to the cake mould. Gently tap the mould to remove the bubbles if any. 7. Checkerboard Cake

CheckerBoard Cake, generally we either prepare a cake or cheesecake separately.  Here i tried to put in combination of both the variation of cake and prepare a wonderful creation.    In this variation of cake i am using chocolate cake as my base to checkerboard cake and then combining the cake with cheesecake to give the chess board effect. Take the round cake mould and place one chocolate cake as base. 2. Take the second piece of cake in a flat surface and cut the same in rings 6 rings.  3. Now comes the placing of rings to form a checker board effect. use 3 alternate rings in first layer and fill the gaps with cheesecake filings. First layer 4. Strawberry CheeseCake

Cheesecake is a sweet desert consisting of one or more layers. The main and the thickest layer consists of a mixture of soft fresh cream cheese, vanilla and sugar. CheeseCake can be prepared in many flavours such as strawberry, lime, chocolate and coffee. Ingredients: For crust: 1 pack oreo vanilla biscuit 4-5 tbsp melted butter For cheese cake: 400 gm cream cheese 1 cup or 200 ml  fresh cream/whipping cream 1 cup or 200 gms crushed sugar 1/2 tsp of lime juice 1 tsp lime zest 5 ml vanilla essence 20 gm of veg gelatin 60 ml of cold milk Mapro Strawberry crush for flavour couple of fresh strawberry for decoration Recipe: For Base: 1. Crush one pack of oreo vanilla biscuit, crush in grinder. 2. Then add 4-5 tbsp of melted butter and blend again. 3. Use cake mould from which base can be separated. 4. Eggless Chocolate Cake

Ingredients for eggless chocolate cake: 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour (180 grams) ¼ cup cocoa powder  1 tsp Baking soda  ½ tsp Salt 1 cup sugar  1 cup milk or water 1/3 cup oil or 80 ml melted butter 1 tbsp Lemon juice (or apple cider vinegar) 1 tbsp Vanilla extract/essence Preparation for eggless chocolate cake: Preheat the oven to 170 C for at least 15 mins.  Grease a 8 or 9 inch round cake pan & drizzle some flour on it. or Line with a parchment paper. Set aside. Mix plain flour, cocoa,salt and baking soda. Sieve the mix at least twice to aerate the flour . Add sugar and mix it well. I use fine sugar. If you are using coarse one then you can also dissolve it in 1 cup water (called for the recipe) and pour it in the next step. Recipe for eggless chocolate cake: Take a cake mixture in a bowl.Make a well in the center. Pour water or  milk,oil or melted butter, vanilla and lemon juice or vinegar. Gently begin to mix well.
