Egg Masala
Ingredients: 4 hard boiled eggs, cut into halves 2 medium onions thin sliced 1 medium tomato finely chopped 2-3 cloves 2 pieces cinnamon 3-4 black peppercorns 2-3 green cardamoms 4 tbsp curd 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste 1 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp cumin powder 1/4 tsp haldi 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp garam masala 2 tsp kasuri methi crushed 2 tbsp oil 2 tbsp ghee Recipe: 1. I n a pan, add 2 tbsp ghee. Fry the chopped onions till they are slightly golden brown. Take it out on kitchen tissues. Switch off the flame. Let the caramelised onions cool down so that they become crispy. Later blend them to coarse paste. 2. In a kadai heat 2tbsp oil. Add cloves, cinnamon, cardamoms, peppercorns and fry for a min. 3. Then giner garlic paste and mix well. Add finely chopped tomatoes and mix well. 4. Let it cook till they are soft and mushy. 5. Then add haldi, coriander powder, cumin powder and red chilli powder and 1 tbsp kasuri methi. Mix well for 2-3 mins in lower flame. 6. Add whisked cur
