Hakka Noodles

Ingredients: 120 gms hakka noodles 6 tbsp olive oil 1 medium onion thin sliced 1 tbsp ginger crushed 1 tbsp garlic crushed 2-3 green chillies finely chopped 1 carrot cut into thin strips 1 medium green capsicum cut into thin strips 1/4 cup cabbage finely shredded 1/2 cup sprouted whole green moong 2 stalk of spring onions finely chopped 1 tbsp soya sauce 1 tsp red chilli sauce 1 tsp vinegar 1/4 tsp pepper powder salt to taste Recipe: 1. In a kadai, boil water and add noodles into it. Add little salt and cook noodles for around 10-12 mins till they are just done. DO NOT over cook. Drain, add little oil and mix well. Keep it aside for cooling. 2. Heat olive oil in the large kadai with handle, add crushed garlic and ginger with chopped green chillies. Stir fry for a min. 3.  Then add chopped onions  and stir fry for 2 mins.  4. Add carrots, capsicum and cabbage and again stir fry for 2 more mins.  Keep stirring and tossing continuously. 5. Methi Malai Mutter

Methi Malai Mutter , as the name suggests is a very rich gravy made from fresh cream, fenugreek leaves and indian spices. This dish is bit on the sweeter side, however very flavourful with creamy, delicious and smooth texture gravy. Ingredients: 400 gms fenugreek leaves, cleaned and chopped 3/4 cup green Peas  10-15 cashews 2 medium chopped onions 1 inch giger 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp jeera/cumin seeds 2-3 medium spicy very finely chopped chillies 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tsp tikkha red chilli powder 1/2 tsp amchur/dry mango powder 1/2 tsp cinnamon/dalchini powder 1/2 tsp nutmeg/jaiphal powder 1 tsp green cardamom/elaichi powder 1 tbsp kasuri methi powder 1 cup fresh cream Salt as per taste Recipe: 1. Blanch the chopped methi leaves in the boiling water and immediately put it in the cold water to maintain the green colour. Keep it aside. 2. Paneer Makhani

Paneer Makhani , (also called paneer butter masala ) is a slightly sweet creamy dish of paneer, originating from the Indian subcontinent, in which the gravy is prepared usually with butter (makhan), tomatoes, cashews or cream. Makhani means buttery. This dish originated when Punjabis at Moti Mahal restaurant in Delhi invented the sauce by mixing fresh butter into a tomato-based curry. Ingredients: 2 tbsp Melted Butter/ghee 400 gm Paneer chopped in cubes 1 cup cashews 1 cup fresh cream 2 big chopped onions 2-3 dry red chillies 2-3 green chillies 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste 2 medium chopped tomatoes  1 tbsp kasuri methi powder 1 tsp nutmeg/jaiphal powder 1-2 tsp tikhalal red chilli powder 1-2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder 1/2 tsp haldi 2 tsp tomato ketchup 2 tsp sugar Salt as per taste Recipe: 1.  Paneer can be shallow fried, however it is optional. I use paneer pieces without frying.Keep it aside. 2. Take a kadai, put 1 tbsp of ghee/butter. 

Checkerboard Cake

CheckerBoard Cake, generally we either prepare a cake or cheesecake separately.  Here i tried to put in combination of both the variation of cake and prepare a wonderful creation.    In this variation of cake i am using chocolate cake as my base to checkerboard cake and then combining the cake with cheesecake to give the chess board effect. Take the round cake mould and place one chocolate cake as base. 2. Take the second piece of cake in a flat surface and cut the same in rings 6 rings.  3. Now comes the placing of rings to form a checker board effect. use 3 alternate rings in first layer and fill the gaps with cheesecake filings. First layer 4. Strawberry CheeseCake

Cheesecake is a sweet desert consisting of one or more layers. The main and the thickest layer consists of a mixture of soft fresh cream cheese, vanilla and sugar. CheeseCake can be prepared in many flavours such as strawberry, lime, chocolate and coffee. Ingredients: For crust: 1 pack oreo vanilla biscuit 4-5 tbsp melted butter For cheese cake: 400 gm cream cheese 1 cup or 200 ml  fresh cream/whipping cream 1 cup or 200 gms crushed sugar 1/2 tsp of lime juice 1 tsp lime zest 5 ml vanilla essence 20 gm of veg gelatin 60 ml of cold milk Mapro Strawberry crush for flavour couple of fresh strawberry for decoration Recipe: For Base: 1. Crush one pack of oreo vanilla biscuit, crush in grinder. 2. Then add 4-5 tbsp of melted butter and blend again. 3. Use cake mould from which base can be separated. 4. Add parchment paper to the bottom. 5. Apply butter over it and then pour the biscuit mixture to it and press using hand or glass to form a firm base. 6. Keep this aside in freezer till you pr
